With over 30 years’ experience in HR and business leadership and management, I am a certified coach (AoEC), accredited mentor (EMCC), and hold an MSc in HR Management. I hold certificates in ‘Managing Yourself and Leading others’ (Harvard Executive Education), and ‘People Analytics’ (Wharton School). I have joined direction with a specific focus on providing coaching, mentoring, and supervision to senior management and leadership within organisations partnered with direction. As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve a sense of relational depth in their lives.
